In this article, I want to look at how to make use of ping as a network utility for network security and statistics. Follow me as we look at that together in this article.

Another common command is ping. Ping is used to send a test packet or echo packet. It is used to test whether a machine is reachable and how long it will take to reach the machine. This useful diagnostic tool can be used in elementary hacking techniques to have undue access to networks.
