Anytime you are running Google Adwords campaigns , you will always find yourself entering keywords which are meant to drive traffic to your site. There are many errors and mistakes been made when people are running Adwords campaign. In this article, I want to advice on the best way to do it in a way that you will get a good return on your investment over time. Lets talk about some of these strategies together.
Before I delve into that, let me tell you some of the things that you must not do when you are running Adwords keyword campaign.
Running single ads or ads group might not be the best. There is the need for you to combine your keywords into different ad group and pick the one that Google recommends for you over time. Try as much as possible to add up to four keywords in a single ad group and see how each of them are going to perform.
There is also the need for you to embark on incremental changes by making changes to your campaign on at a time. When you perfect this, you will be able to distinguish between what works and what does not work as far as your keyword strategy is concerned.
You should also know that most at times that Ads that work for one keyword might not work for another keyword. That is why it is good at time to run different ads group and pick the one that yield more returns over time.
Do not forget. As I said earlier , instead of having four keywords in one Ad group , you should divide them into different ad groups and monitor the result.
So also you need to know that device level perform for different keywords will never be the same. The way it will perform on mobile might not be the same way it will perform on other devices.

Another best strategy is to create single keyword for every ad group. This must have been when you have later discovered keywords that are likely to be bidded at minimal cost and push more traffic to your website.
Above all , the more keyword is been ranked, it is best to take them to a separate ad group.
