In one of my articles, I have explained that one of the focus of Digital Marketing is to reach potential customers online with your products and service. Digital Marketing allows organizations to create awareness about their products and services at a minimal cost. With it, you can make use of emails and social media and email marketing among others to reach the potential audience. In this article, I want to look at the six most important objectives of Digital Marketing. Follow me as we look at that together in this article.

One of the primary focuses of Digital Marketing is to drive sales to the organization. They have to adequately plan how they will penetrate this market independently and interdependently in order to achieve the desired results.

One of the major forms of E-commerce business is Business to Business model. In this type of model, two independent organizations are providing services to each other online. Take for example a Hosting company providing domain name service to another organization that wants to be online.  Such services are referred to as the B2B model of business.

This type of model is providing online products and services to an end-user. Such recipient has not established businesses but they are just individuals that have one or two things to do online. That for example an individual enjoying email services from an established business like Google or Microsoft.

 

#3 Consumer to Business model as one of the major classifications of e-commerce business

In this type of business model, individuals that are not registered as a business are seen providing business services to established businesses. They are also paid based on services rendered to such businesses. A good example of such is individual bloggers providing ad services to Google through Google Adsense.

 

#4 Consumer to Consumer model as one of the major classifications of e-commerce business

Under this type of model, two consumers can render services to each other with the business providing an avenue through which they are able to come together. A good example is eBay where one can buy fairly used products or sell other products. eBay does not own those products but they are able to assist such organizations to come together.
