In this article, I want to talk about some of the facts that you need to know about Lead nurturing. Follow me as we look at this together.


Lead nurturing is the process of building relationship with potential customers who have indicate interest in purchasing your products and services as well as those that are not showing interest at all.

One of the ways of nurturing Leads in Digital Marketing is to listen to the conversation that your customers on social media. This is one of the reasons why many Brands today have Forums and pages where they can monitor what customers are saying. I have seen instances where customers use social media to express their grievances and the issues are resolved within a twinkle of an eye.


After you have listened to your conversation on social media, you need to develop interesting contents to share with your audience. You need to create the form of content that you can share with your audience.

I have also said it that it is not necessary that the content should be coming from you. You can share articles from influencers or Bloggers that have written about your products and services. Through content sharing, customers can subscribe to your White paper or update on your products and services.
