The interest stage of the buyer’s journey is the stage when the consumer is looking for options that will help him solve his problem. At this stage, it is very possible that the consumer has two or more options that can actually solve his problem.
At this particular stage, the consumer will look at some of the possibilities that are before him and prioritize what he needs in order to find actual solutions to his problems.
Also, at this stage of the buyer’s journey, you need to research multiple criteria. Before any final decisions can be made, you have to look at the competitive advantage of each of the users. This can include price, warranty as well as other features that makes the services to be different.
At this stage as well, consumer have the features of the products that they would like to buy at the back of their mind, but they will the organization to present the information to them so that they can make their final decision.
