#1 Top of the funnel prospects
When we talk about prospective customers at the top of the funnel under inbound marketing funnels , we are referring to visitors who are unaware of your products or services. The Top of the Funnel prospects can also be Prospects who are just researching into your products or services to see if it can solve their problems or not.

#2 Middle of the funnel prospects

Another type of inbound marketing funnels is Middle of the funnel Prospects. The middle of the funnel prospects are prospective customers that have interest in your products or service that you have to offer but they are not necessarily interested in buying from you. This middle of the funnel prospects are also looking in the direction of your competitors for purchase. You need to come up with a strategy that will convince this category of customers that the best place to buy is your organization.

#3 Bottom of the funnel prospects
These are the categories of funnel prospects that you should be on the lookout for. They are the categories of prospects that are willing to buy and they believe you have all it takes to solve all the challenges that they are having. You just need to position your marketing and Sales team in order to bring them to your customer lifecycle.
