Ticket management enables organizations to know how far they have been able to satisfy their customers or respond to their complaints and requests, and other agreements.

Take for instance; I once complained to the call centre of a Telecom operator that I was not able to send or receive messages on my lines.

The next day, the issues were resolved. The amazing thing was that I was sent a message which asked me to choose whether I was satisfied with the way the issue was resolved or not. It amazed me. I wonder if I sent “no” as the answer if they would still get back to me and ensure that the issue is resolved completely.
