Whenever you are managing project works, one of the end results is that you should have deliverables to present to stakeholders. deliverables as an output of project execution are the unique and verifiable product, result or capability to perform a service that is required to complete a phase or project.
They are typically the outcomes of the project and can include components of the project management plan.
Also, change control should be applied once the first version of deliverables has been completed. the control of the multiple versions or editions of deliverables is always supported by configuration management plan tools and techniques.
In order to produce acceptable deliverables that will meet the need is stakeholders, you have to make sure that you have a template in place that shows what constitutes a change and how change can be initiated.
Your configuration management plan will also discuss how stakeholders will be notified about all changes so that deliverables can be completed with what we have in the overall deliverables acceptance criteria for the project.
