Therefore as I.T Project Manager, you need to relate to the Front Office in order to understand the challenges of customers. This will help you to understand the features that your applications should have.

With it, the organisation can liaise with the I.T teams on how some of these needs can be turned into applications for customers use. This will enable the organisation to increase customers satisfaction. It will also enable them to build a loyal customer base.
When an organisation have a good business relationship management in place3, it will enable them to establish boundaries, capabilities and cost. It will help you to know what is covered and what is not covered in your application development.
This will assist the organisation in avoiding unnecessary costs associated with app development. This cost can now be used in developing other aspects of the organisation that needs attention.
